My mission

Sustainable physical, mental and emotional well-being

A better life on all levels

I am Angelika and my mission is to accompany people on their path to sustainable physical and mental well-being - towards a self-determined life that feels easy and effortless. I have combined various areas and methods from fitness, psychology and health to provide holistic support. My aim is to bring about significant improvement in all areas of my customers' lives.

From profession to vocation

After years of working in marketing, I realized that my career path in a large corporation was gradually becoming less fulfilling. My individual sense of purpose could not be expressed. And so I set out to find my purpose: making people healthy and happy.


Many people complain about their lives every day but are unwilling to make changes until it is too late and their body forces them to. Tension, headaches, back problems and slowly but surely increasing obesity are alarming signs that we should take action. Deep down, we all know that something needs to change, but all too often we ignore these signs and stick to our usual routines, even when we're clearly not feeling well. We are trapped in our own structures.


Statements like “That’s just life” contribute to us accepting all of our symptoms as normal. The next step: burnout, anxiety, depression, stroke or cancer. The body no longer functions properly and if we continue as before, our future will not be bright. The body forces us to slow down, but sometimes we have to let it burn out completely to realize this. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I see all too often. And I want to prevent it.

Awareness is the key

Why is transformation so difficult? Most people are quite unconscious and are mainly controlled by their ego. Unnoticed, it influences our behavior or prevents us from moving forward where we actually want to move forward. When we really look at ourselves and start being mindful, we can perceive the programs of the subconscious and make conscious decisions.


Until external circumstances no longer have an influence on our inner well-being and other people no longer trigger us. Some call it peace of mind. I call it the state of absolute mental health. Here you will find true happiness, abundance and love. Without any esoteric stuff or endless meditation.
